As a 20 year resident of Southern CA, I have the experience, background, and know-how to navigate the myriad of permits, licenses, inspections, and approval processes for the POA, City, County, and State regulatory organizations. I have successfully built custom homes in southern California from vacant lots to final inspection and occupancy. I have also designed and built custom docks, re-built worn docks, designed and built new decks, re-built worn decks, designed and built small and larger room additions, and served as Project Manager and Consultant for various construction projects. I can not recommend Ramco to add or replace floatation to your dock. They tried and ended up damaging dock. The floatation they added did not work and the pictures below document their efforts and what they had to do to get the old float out.
