After Covid, I've been spoken down to, belittled, made to wait outside, and even visited the store about five different times during business hours when the doors are locked and the lights are off. One time they even asked me to leave due to cleaning, and after they asked me that the Jimmy John's guy came and delivered their lunch. One time there were four people waiting in line to pay but the second cashier couldn't be bothered with ringing people out as she was still standing at the door waiting to squirt hand sanitizer into the next customers hands and direct them on where they should follow the arrows on the floor. So I waited in line and was 30 minutes late to my hair appointment because of their Covid practices and making me wait outside for 20 minutes before I could shop. I've heard other salon owners outside talking about reporting this place to corporate and boycotting their sales due to the way they behave and talk to customers inside the store and their new Covid practices. I too will be ceasing all business with this store as I'm completely fed up with the way they have been doing business.
