Last week the supply line to the toilet in our guest bathroom burst in our condo. Luckily we were home and I was able to cut off the water as soon as I realized what had happened. Unfortunately at first I thought the sound was coming from condo pool or spa, so the water did run probably for about 20 minutes while I went to check the pool. The damage was significant for the short time span.

I had the phone number in my phone for Disaster Clean because they had done some work for the Condo Association on a couple of projects a few years back. I happened to catch them at just the right time and they were here in just about 20 minutes. They set up 3 dehumidifiers and 21 commercial “squirrel cage” type fans to dry out the bedroom carpet and the drywall in the affected areas. Disaster Clean continues to work with my insurance company now to repair the damage. Disaster Clean did an outstanding job of doing the initial clean up and drying of the condo. I strongly recommend their services for both professionalism, speed of response, knowledge or procedures and the way they left the condo when they were finished. It's my hope that they will be able to stay with me through the remainder of the project.

Horrible service. After finally waiting 3 days to get a quote, the came in over $2000 more than the highest bid. This place is a scam
