Top Nails

I was visiting Florida and needed my nails done. My mother in law Sally always goes to Top Nails. I walked in and was greeted and made to feel comfortable. Elizabeth took care of me, this young lady was speaking with one coworker in Spanish, me in English and with other co workers in their language— not sure but she was fluent in all three to my ear. My nails were done on May 11, they are still perfect and have not loosened or cracked as my nails usually do. She did a fantastic job!

I am very disappointed with this nail salon. The woman who did my pedicure did a wonderful job. However, when I went to pay using a gift certificate from 2008, they wouldn't take it. The certificate has no expiration date on it. The man showed me that their current certificates don't look the same. Obviously they could've changed them since 2008. He told me it was from the old owner. I think what bothered me the most is when he asked me why I waited so long. It has no expiration, so it truly doesn't matter. If he really is a newer owner, but nothing about the business has changed, he should've honored my certificate. With many other choices in salons, I will not go back there!

They call you"BABY" annoyingly and joke around a lot trying to seem very cool. Annoying. My French manicure lasted 24 hours. I would not go back.

UGH! what should have been a total of $89 was $149 because she charged me an EXTRA $15 X 4 for gel polish on fingers and toes for two people! She NEVER explained that over the phone and I even asked! Was SO MAD and she offered NO Solution! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!
