DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Please, do not waste your money on this company, at any location.
I tried dealing with two out of the four locations and was then very poorly mistreated by the general manager at the main office.
I was told incorrect information, a manager at both the Paducah and Marion locations were to return my phone call, neither of which ever did.
I contacted the GM through the main location out of Cape.
After speaking to a rude receptionist I spoke to a "Roger" who gave "uh huh", "ok" and "yeah" answers and finally ended the phone call quite rudely by saying I was “tattling” on his employees and hung up on me.
I attempted to call back. The receptionist put me on hold until my call was disconnected on their end (never reached anyone) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
What grown man uses “tattle” in his daily vocabulary, let alone a “professional” running a business.
Never once did I raise my voice, curse, or be rude in the least. I was only trying to bring to his attention this ill-professionalism two of his locations was portraying. Also trying to inform him they would not be gaining my business and I would be spending my money elsewhere.
I was in search of something which would've cost several hundred dollars, but instead I will be taking my business to Stereo One out of Carbondale, IL.
