        My son just received his green belt and it's all he talks about! How many other 8 year olds look forward to going to school? The instructor Mr. Martines is one of, if not the best, instructors around. Looking for a martial arts school that will teach you or your child more than kicking, punching, and blocking? This is it!

        My daughter has been training with Mr. Martines 5 years. He has taught her respect and discipline and is an excellent role model. Upper Valley is a wonderful school to learn tradition and values of Soo Bahk Do. It is a welcoming environment and you are treated like family.

        Upper Valley is the best studio around! The instructors are the most knowledgeable, professional and dedicated instructors in the area. Highly recommended!
