Disgusted, absolutely and completely disgusted. Their delivery service is horrendous and the delivery men are horrible with communication. My couches were ripped and the couches were put piece by piece when I specifically asked for it not to be. So much money was spent and this is what I paid for? It's blasphemous!

A HORROR IN EVERY WAY IMAGINABLE. RUN DONT WALK! EVERY SINGLE THING HAS GONE WRONG IN EVERY WAY. FROM THE DELIVERED FURNITURE (WHITE) HAVING BLACK MARKS TO THE BILLS BEING WRONG TO PEOPLE NOT CALLING BACK TO PEOPLE LEAVING THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP. IM STILL TRYING TO GET MY BILL CORRECTED.

I dont usually do reviews as my expectations are low, so I am not hard to please, but I am suppose to have two sofas delivered tomorrow, at $50 each in delivery fees. Original delivery date was 8/7, which was cancelled by them last minute because they did not have the product on hand. Now, two weeks letter, I am told the "5 hour delivery window" which I was promised at the point of sale (along with the original delivery date) is simple a curtisey, and I need to be available from 8am to 8 pm, and possible even after that, if they run over on some stops. Why did I have to pay a $100 delivery charge for such poor service. Sales people were nice, everything since the point of sale has fallen far below even my low expectations.
