        Right on time - a well groomed, neat, and friendly man who listened to our concerns and thoroughly inspected our situation.
        It turned out that we could handle it ourselves. He told us what to get to replace the moldy shelf and exactly how to clean the cabinet back wall. He offered to send out a worker to do the job if we preferred.
