City Drywall

We hired this drywall company, owned by KC/Casey/Kasey, to complete a project for us installing drywall for an investment. We buy and sell houses for a living. A few weeks after the project was completed and we had paid City Drywall in full, we got a notification from the company that supplies City Drywall with their drywall, PHD. PHD had not been paid. Now, there's a potential mechanic's lien against OUR property because KC did NOT pay HIS bill, even though WE paid HIM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVER. We don't know how we're going to fix this situation, as this is how we make a living, and he's essentially ruined the year for us with this home which we cannot sell until this lien is cleared up. KC had an arrangement where his clients were supposed to be paying PHD directly, a fact that he did NOT tell us about before we paid him. He is a total scam artist and will drag you into financial ruin with him.
