So I was asked to return my ring to this store that was purchased at another Belk…. In doing so I then repurchased the exact same ring and got the lifetime warranty on the ring…. It was then sent off for sizing…. I finally got called to pick the ring up and it was not the same ring I purchased. Mine clearly states even on the receipt that it has a pink tourmaline stone on each side of the diamond. As you can see from the pictures enclosed the ring they tried to give on the left does not have the pink stone….. My ring is on the right on the lottery ticket
