Fitness First

Much better than when it was Golds! Friendly staff that knows what they are talking about! I talked with the new guy Christopher today and was blown away with his knowledge! He is very approachable and doesn't try to sound smart just to seem intelligent. He actually knows what he is talking about. I hope I get the chance to hire him as my trainer in the near future. I have been working out 20 plus years and this guy floored me today. Best part, he is so humble that he makes you want to talk to him. He talked to my buddy for at least 30 minutes and it was clear he was educated on what he was talking about, he wasn't just repeating it. This man is incredibly intelligent on the topic of fitness. We did a few of his suggested exercises and I am already feeling the soreness. He made us realize that there is more to fitness than just lifting weights! Great find Just Fitness, do whatever it takes to keep this man with your company!!!
