LOCAL OFFICE was LATE, MANAGER UNBELIEVABLY RUDE

When I called to speak to the manager (Janet) and let her know that I would not be in need of her services any longer because her employee was 15 mins late, I was met with an attitude. I told her that the intake specialist had not sent me an email expressing the time, date and amount that I needed to pay to which I was met with "That's the home office, not my office". I never received the courtesy call that I was promised to confirm my appointment for the next day. My time window changed twice and I did not receive a courtesy call from the manager or one from the cleaning person when they were 15 mins late. I called and was told by the MANAGER (Janet) that "we don't have a contract", "The price is already locked in" and that she was "Trying to do me a favor by squeezing me in today" (If she didn't have the time, don't book me for that date). ALL OF THIS WITH AN ATTITUDE! Hands-down the MOST HORRIFIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
