Amy's Hallmark

I recently purchased (over the phone) a Cinderella Snow Globe from Amy s Hallmark in Casselberry, Florida. I have never in my life had SUCH AMAZING customer service. These ladies were all polite, prompt, understanding (when I had a credit card issue) and they were just absolutely wonderful to shop with. When my package was sent out everything went smoothly and I was able to utilize their tracking process through FedEx, which was incredibly helpful because we just had a really bad snow here (I live in Tennessee). When the package arrived (ahead of schedule!) the snow globe was wrapped with several sheets of tissue paper and packing paper not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR times!! And then placed into packing peanuts! It was so gently taken care of that it arrived flawlessly. I was overwhelmed with the depth of care for the product to arrive as it should when I opened it. Most companies would've wrapped it maybe once and shoved it into the peanuts in the box and left it to fate and hope. I am so thrilled with this company, and the entire office (Because I'm sure I spoke to at least three sales associates and the Manager) that I will certainly order from them again in the future. The snow globe was for my Mother because she adores Cinderella and you all helped make this present so much more magical than I expected. Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you. You're wonderful. You make customer service look easy. And you definitely make it look good. You're all wonderful.
