After trying to resurrect a 16 year old A/C, we decided to replace the entire unit. Scott and Thomas routed the new lines a certain way to eliminate the need for new drywall. They worked in 95+ degree heat and late Friday evening to make sure the new system was up to spec. Their diligence and honesty was extraordinary.

This has been a terrific experience. Highly recommend Barnes Plumbing and Heating to friends and family.

My water heater after 15 years went out. I called three plumbers and Barnes was the most responsive and helpful. Jacob installed a 50 gallon WITH A 75 width. He was awesome and answered all of my questions. However we have noticed a significant difference in the water temperature.

The installation of a new furnace and a new hot water heater and replacement of old unit. This was a big job that went very well. We are pleased with the operation of the new unit.

Amazing! They have come to our rescue with a basement remodel and AC unit, etc.... They are reasonable, quick and dependable. Super attentive and available when we really need them. Best of all, affordable. I feel so lucky to have found a plumber, etc that we can count on. Highly recommend them.

Our heater had been on the fritz for a while. Last year called a different company who charged us crazy prices and we still had a problem. We called Barnes after seeing some good reviews and Matt came out today. He was great - very knowledgeable and helpful and didn't just try to drive up our price or do repairs that weren't needed.
