        As the only hotel on Cazenovia Lake, The Brewster Inn is a historic mansion, built in 1890 as the summer home of Standard Oil Financier, Benjamin Brewster. Overnight guests choose from rooms in either the main house or the adjacent carriage house, many rooms of which were renovated in 2015. All rooms and suites have private baths, television, and HVAC. Some rooms even feature jacuzzis, fireplaces, sun porches, private decks and lakeviews.         SUPERB dining and Inn!

        I can't belive nobody has rated this yet on this Yellowpages dot com! This is a real GEM here! Exceptional fine dining with linen and fresh flowers. Superb wait staff. Truly awsome wine cellar that you can tour. Best wine selection in the area. Overlooking CAZ Lake, a breathtaking view from dining room and bar. Enjoy a cocktail or microbrew at he bar before dinner with long-time barkeepers Dotty and Andy who have been there for years. Veal Atlantis or the Filet Minon with veal stock reduction atop mashed potatoes are my favorites. Best French Onion Gratinee' anywhere, topped with Jarlsburg. Awsome house salad is a honey-mustard with mandarin orange segments. Enjoy the Sunday Brunch! Its the best brunch anywhere around! 5 DIAMONDS for this place! Fine dining is my hobby, The Brewster Inn is a must go to! see their website.
