General Info

Field of Yoga is the only yoga studio in the Cedar Falls / Waterloo, Iowa, area. Classes are taught by certified RYT 200 professionals who understand the physiology and psychology of making lasting change. Unlike group fitness classes, attentive individual guidance is provided by our teachers. Mindfulness and affirming philosophy are integrated into the physical practice. All classes include ample relaxation, and a touch of meditation. Classes are offered in Cedar Falls for all ages, sizes and experience levels.
