since Marilyn has retired this firm has gone downhill. very rude behavior and even threatened to purposely file an incomplete claim so that we WOULD get audited. I'd run the other direction if i could do it all over again.

The owners were quite personable. We liked the staff also. They did a good job, made us feel confortable and did the work on the spot. When we did't have our mortgage and tax info they either went on line or call our companys. Marilyn helped us figure out medical miliage by a travel guide. We saved a lot of money by doing this, we had a bad year. We liked the new building and there was plenty of parking. I say thank you for a good job and a fair price( not like some others in Cedar Springs charge you). We only met Lisa but felt comfortable with her when we were introduced.



We will go back next year and very glad they are around all year for us if we need them. We also had some questions on how to start a new business and they both sat down with us and told us every thing we need to know and to do. We

were happy that they could do everything here in Cedar and were always avable.
