        Too many small things that add...

        Too many small things that add up to needing to avoid this company but it all revolves around terrible customer management.

        The company uses an outside contractor to answer the phones which makes scheduling an appointment difficult and excruciating if you need to follow up with a service call.

        Our tech was sloppy with the paperwork and did not get it into our home warranty company in a timely manner causing us to be without A/C in 90degree weather for an extra 4 days.

        A different tech left mud in my house.
