        after dealing with Koons ford i was ready to give up on Ford service due to being treated like a criminal for saying there was something wrong with my car and expecting my extended warranty to fix it.(Ford USA is just as rude and useless as Koons). I cautiously took my car to Ted Britt Ford expecting the same treatment. Fortunately that was nowhere near the case. I found the service department went the extra mile to figure out what was going on with my car. They took the time to diagnose it correctly and were really nice about it. The service people at Ted Britt Ford restored my faith in this company. After dealing with ford usa I may not ever buy a ford again, however if I do, it will be from Ted Britt
