IMC Charleston

Very poor interaction. I emailed 3 times amd left 4 messages for my subdivisions manager. With no response from her. I even left messages with the office manager and the district manager. Also no response. We had some thefts in our neighborhood and the people of this company refused to respond to communications to assist the police in the investigation. Very poor management. All too quick to take your fees but absolutely unacceptable when it comes to other issues. They refuse to inform us of who is on our B.O.D.
