        I have been trying to call Simmons Bedding Co., Charlotte NC since last week get answering machine no way to leave message and no one will answer, I guess it is nice to have a lot of money so you don't have to answer your phone.

        Customer service is horrible. Had a problem with mattress and cannot get anyone to work with. If you call all you get is an answering machine or if you do get through they will hang up on you.
