Owning a pool, in itself, a task can be that much more daunting when major repairs and maintenance are concerned. Being a new pool owner and needing my first liner replacement, I was met with high prices and difficult service providers. Not so with John and his team. The team came out and measured my pool. proposed a fair price and accomodated my payment method. I picked the liner (with my wife's help, of course) and was pleased with the selection.

Once the liner was delivered, The John Hicks and Sons team came out and installed it within a few hours. My pool is now ready for summer (Even if the weather is a bit behind.) I highly recommend contacting this business if you find your pool liner in need of replacement. I've had nothing but a good experience.

The BEST people for the job! Completely family owned & operated, with a center focus around The Lord. We live in Calhoun GA and was just in need of a liner replacement. John was the first pool person to actually answer the phone, give me a reasonable quote, and got down here to get the job done! Let me begin by saying that John Hicks is an honest business man that can be trusted. We had never heard of his business until we walked across the street to see a pool that he had just completed. We immediately decided to call him after viewing our neighbor’s perfect pool and speaking with them. He and his family crew rescued our pond of five years and turned it into an oasis in two weeks, just like John said they would. We had a new Poolcrete floor installed, as well as a new liner and salt water system. We are beyond thrilled with our investment and this picture should persuade you to give him a call. We now have a $57,000 pool for a fraction of that cost thanks to his renovation. We’ve been pleased with his service after completing the project too. He doesn’t avoid calls or texts either when I have any questions which has been extremely helpful. I would put John Hicks and Son Pools on my short list of one when I need a redo a few years down the road!

We decided to give John Hicks a call after seeing all the 5 star reviews on this website, and it was definitely the right choice. He answered immediately and came out the same day to measure our pool and give us a quote. He said he would order the liner we wanted that day and the work would be done in two weeks. Sure enough, two weeks later they came out to do the work on the only not rainy day that week. The best part was they handled everything for us. They drained it, removed and hauled away the old liner, installed the new liner beautifully with no wrinkles, began filling it with water, and removed all the plugs so the filter would be ready to run. They even gave us very helpful tips about regular maintenance to ensure our liner would last as long as possible. John’s top priority was that we were happy with our liner and with the service we received. They are honest, punctual, and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We certainly will be calling them for all our pool repair needs in the future.

We had given up on the idea of ever having our pool in working condition due to other pool companies giving us the run around and wanting us to be on a list for months before anyone would even come out and look at it. While at a gas station we saw a truck with Hicks and Son Pool sticker I got their number and called Mr. Hicks and he came out within a day to look at our pool and to determine what needed to be done. We agreed with everything that needed to be done and within a week John Hicks and son were getting started on renovating our pool. Everyone was very friendly and answered any and every question we had. They also took extra precautions making sure everything was safe for our 2 year old daughter to be outside while the renovation was going on. They came back out and opened our pool and went over everything we needed to know along with answering all of our questions. We absolutely love our pool!!

John Hicks and his team did amazing pool liner install today!!- They are finishing right now. Our pool is so inviting and omg my yard is clean!!! That's over top for me. Very professional the whole team. 100+++very knowledgeable. They work together like a well oiled machine. So happy happy!!!

Best service people I’ve ever dealt with. John recently replaced our oddly shaped pool liner. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and at the price he quoted, which was very reasonable. He also put in a new pool heater. John is friendly, honest, competent and extremely responsive. He answers the phone every time, even on weekends, and shows up whenever he’s needed. He is the best

John Hicks & Sons recently replaced my pool liner. They did an exceptional job working with an older pool than other pool companies wouldn’t even look at.
