D & H Paving

After a couple of calls D&H did show up to provide an estimate. After 4 more calls they never followed through scheduling. I was told at least 2 times when I called the office that the office personell did not have access to the schedule, but someone would call me back later that night. It never happened. I wonder if that is the reason they were $20 cheaper.
