        We had a warranty on our couch and the warranty company asked Munson to come out to try and remove the stain (at no cost). Munson asked us to pay an additional $85 and they would clean the whole couch, not just the stain. I don't remember giving them the go-ahead to do this, but they did anyway. After the chemicals dried, the stain was still there. They seemed like friendly people though.
