Top Nails & Spa

I am so disappointed. I have been going to this location for 4 years. I no longer live close so I drive 40 min to get here. This time I drove with the purpose of splurging on a lavender pedicure ($42). I called ahead and no one even asked my name for the appointment. When I arrived I say in a pedicure chair for 10 minutes then one of the owners simply picked a pedicure scent and dumped it in the water. Without even asking. I have brought multiple fiends here, my mother visiting from 1000 miles away. All this while the same man spent 20 minutes picking out a nail color for some other lady, I'm just so disappointed, they used to care.

Worst salon I've ever been too!!! After waiting 30 minutes to be waited on they took 3 customers ahead of me who came in way after then the lady commented on me pregnant and said I knew you were having a boy cause if it was a girl you'd have better skin. Then about two hours later 2 nails already broke followed by a third later that day. I've never had my nails done so poorly with such poor service and to top it off the lady was arguing with someone on her cell phone while doing my nails. Never again!!!!

This place had the worst service I've ever received. When I went in for eye brow waxing the lady was clearly not trained and now both of my eyes are swollen, I can barely open them.

Where do I start...I went there after a recommendation. First of all it was well over 92 degrees in the salon with no A/C, the workers are too serious and make it a point not to talk to you. There is a huge sign in front of the pedicure section that reads that they open new packages of nail supplies due to cleanliness- the guy tried using used ones on me and I asked him to get a new package. I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The nail color didn't match for both even though he insisted they did, I felt rushed and he was done with my pedicure after about 8 minutes..no exaggeration. It was an awkward and uncomfortable wait while my nails dried under the UV lamp and he was more concerned about who was texting him. My nails came out like knives around the edges bc he didnt take the time to file them properly and I'm sure the gel will start to come off before the 2 weeks because he didn't go all the way to the edge of the tip to seal it. After $60 (not including tip) I ran out of there. Not only are they more expensive than my usual place but they lack the care that is provided for paying for such services. I wanted so badly to ask him to stop massaging my upper back because he was digging his bony elbow into me too hard. I didn't want to be rude so I sucked it up. Not even 1 minutes after I walked out of their place the guy was outside smoking a cigarette- now I know why he was rushing me..he needed his fix. I will not be returning to this establishment; even with the $2 off coupon he gave me.
