When I arrived I was greeted immediately with a very warm welcome. I was unsure about what services to go with and the CSR was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend!! The lady that helped me was Shanta. She comes highly recommended!

I went to the office to get info on cable packages. I met with Minnie Neal and she was wonderful. She was very helpful and had great knowledge of the different packages they offered. My experience was great because of Minnie Neal.

I came into the Chester TruVista office about 2 weeks ago and spoken with a representative by name of Latoya whom was very professional and polite.

TruVista CONSTANTLY throttles high speed internet. They are way overpriced.

Sub par services, non existant tech support, absurd overpricing and personal "contacts" who neither call you back nor answer their phone.

Stay as far away as you can. Internet and phones go out all the time and when you call using a cell phone the line goes dead....They require you to sign a 2 year agreement and charge you $200 per thing you have I had to pay 700 early termination fee. On a house I rented. Who rents sometimes for 2 years? They were and are the only ones to provide internet at the house I had I should not be required to pay 2 year early termination fees. They are a rip off....stay far away, and if you have problems with your billing a ecnician never ever gets back to you bad bad bad company
