Great Doctors, however the reception help has proven to be incompetent. Just got off the phone to find out what IUD options are offered and the receptionist continually cut me off and answered what SHE THOUGHT I was GOING to ask. She treated me like I was stupid and even began to laugh at me. This should have been a "Why yes, we do offer non-hormonal IUDS", or "No we do not have those on hand", but the conversation was about 10 minutes longer than it should have been because she kept telling me that I need to be on my period to have it inserted. Thank you reception lady, for being so concerned about my menstrual cycle. Maybe you should look into getting an IUD as well because people like you should not reproduce.
