        They get one star only because you are required to do so in order to leave feedback. Went to Chatham on the recommendation of my ins. Agent who sends them a significant amount of business. I was spoken to in such a rude and condescending manner that I was compelled to say such to the older gentleman with glasses who was at the counter. His response was as rude as the initial interaction so I left and went to Beverly Glass located a few miles away and what a difference.... Greeted and assisted warmly by Mike with a price 15% lower than Chatham. I am informing my agent of both experiences so that he can direct his clients to a place that values business.
