Elegant Edge Distinctive Catering offers catering for events ranging from 20 to more than 2,000 guests. The company produces more than 800 full-service events every year. Corporate celebrations, business meetings, weddings, house parties and yacht outings are just a few of the events that Elegant Edge specializes in. The company s chefs, who have been trained at four star hotels and restaurants, prepare a variety of regional American cuisine with international influences. Interactive food stations, creative plate presentations and imaginative buffets are Elegant Edge s trademarks. Located in Chicago, Elegant Edge Distinctive Catering operates from a 12,000 square foot office/kitchen complex. Robert Giannetti, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., started Elegant Edge Distinctive Catering in 1986.
