petsmart has the most rudes young people working for then i talk to a christine real rude on the phone and in person there other girls there that are not even polite when they talk to you when you ask then a question they act like you ask then to argue with you i had one girl who had me wait to tell me about the training class for my while she text on her phone you need to send out misstrery shopper or call your store once in awhile at night and was then hang up with out saying hello i think you need to fire all you young staff and get responsible people on the floor i think your customer is what keep pet smart open then you have to pay

this place has good employees and ask for a denise because she is really good with fish and their fish are great
