I was really surprised to read the negative review considering my fiance and i go here once a week, sometimes more. Lunch all you can eat is $15.99 and dinner is $18.99 (not 19.95 by the way like the other review said) i have certainly never waited an hour to get my food and I've been there when they were busy. I always got my food in fifteen to twenty minutes. The sushi is amazing and the chefs are so precise and always take their work so seriously. The waitresses are so nice and responsive. Everything about this place is great. :) If you are a sushi fan, I'd recommend giving this place a try! :)

On our visit to Chicago O'Hare area, we decided to have sushi for our evening meal, we discovered a new restaurant that opened in December 2012 with a unique concept of all you can eat sushi for a fixed price of $19.95 for dinner. Guest receive a blue sheet with various sushi items that you mark with pencil of how pieces you would like to have, our party of 4 placed the order, while waiting for our meal that took a very long time to deliver to our table. The restaurant was about 10% full, they have 4 sushi chefs behind the counter, it seemed that it took about 1 hour to get our food. Our plate arrived with various sushi pieces that we ordered on a large square white plate, no ginger or wasabi, we asked our server about it and her answer was that there was no room on the plate and she brought some on a side dish.
There was no sauce dish for the soy sauce, we requested the dishes and again they delivered, the only soy sauce that was offered was the lightly salted kind, again not normal. as to the sushi, the fish portion was good size over the rice base, the rice was crumbly, when you try to pick-it up with the chop sticks, it hand a tendency of falling apart, the fish itself was tasteless even dunking in soy sauce.
Now for the gotcha, if you leave some rice on the plate and order some more pieces, they will charge you for the leftover rice, I believe the use of the crumbly rice is to upcharge the all you can eat price. They do have a disclaimer on the order sheet about this policy.
The other thing that makes you fill very uncomfortable is the manager staring at all customers of how much they are eating and checking the plates for any leftovers so that they can upcharge your check. They do not have a liquor license but they offer a BYOB.
