Camping World RV Sales

I can't say enough about the incredible team at Camping World in Chichester. They went above and beyond to get RV back up and running prior to a big trip. All the other dealers in the area had no interest in helping with such short notice but Camping World said "bring it in and we'll get it fixed". Thanks again to everyone that helped out and a special thanks to Nate the service Manger for all he did. We will be back!!!

One week ago my husband and I purchased a new ClassC motorhome. The service we received was impeccable, from the gal greeting us at the door through the purchase and back out the door again. The different depts we dealt with were all on time, from our salesman Doug Brett to Matt in finance to Mike in showing us how to run our unit to Shawn in ... a black shirt and telling us where to go next. This whole process ran like a well oiled machine. We have been in business for 33 yrs and believe the secret to our longevity is good customer service. While this doesn’t always happen as we hope, we feel Camping World in Chichester aims for the same. They will always have our business!

i recently had service and repair work done at this location and wanted to write a short note because of my recent experience. The new management team and service department has really changed my opinion of this location. Prior experiences were not so favorable but I definitely was pleased with my most recent experience. The staff was courteous and attentive and the service work was completed as promised and to my full satisfaction.. I was 100% satisfied with the entire experience.

Just a totally awesome experience at Chichester Camping World from our sales person Bob to Merwin in the finance office! Merwin may be out in his office, working behind the scenes, but he is diligently working for our approval for the purchase of a brand new 2018 class C motor home! We never thought it would be possible but we worked closely with them to make it happen. Camping World is by far #1!!!!

Camping World is not a place that I can honestly recommend, they have had my 2005 Itasca Horizon motor home for 2 weeks now and the services that I had requested hasn't been addressed, I needed to have warranty work along with regular services done and so far the put a screw through my roof and sealed a seem, they also did a patch repair to operate my slides due to a hose being burnt by the muffler. I'm not sure why no one knows anything, My service writer Kass said I was on her list to call today with an update and of course its 6 PM and no call. I went with camping world because they had a pretty decent reputation but boy have they lost that with me. So if you want work done make sure you get a date that it may be repaired if not you're going to be waiting.....
