        They don't do their job and still try to charge you for it... I would NOT recommend them to any one..

        Their tech guys say they come out and do their job but don't and they still charge you. They are not honest people. I would NOT recommend then to my worst enemy. The office people don't care and have no customer service skills... the owner and his wife are jokes... they cut every corner they think they can get away with...
