        Overall

        I have been a Big Y customer for 50 years. I always pay cash or debit card. I have a Big Y card. Today I went to the store distressed because my wallet and credit cards were left behind in RI. I asked to cash a check and was told "NO, because you have not cashed a check here before. You may only pay for your purchases by check. Thank you for not helping out a customer in need. Up to this time, I only shopped at Big Y. Maybe Stop &Shop is a better choice.
