best of best. I been using them almost over year now. always on time to take me to airport and local. after bad experience with couples cabs companies, I definitely find the right one and the best. you can count on them, they reliable. I love it, excellent service

You get no stars but it made me give 1. I called for a pick up at 1:10 at 1:40 I was calling to find out what was goin on you wouldn't answer. Worst cab service ever

These guys are horrible. Scheduled a pick up for an early morning flight. Even called and confirmed the day before. They said it would be no problem. The pick up time comes and goes and no taxi. I call the company, they say on his way we will call him. 10 mins goes by and STILL no taxi nor call. I call them back and they say they are trying to radio him but don't think he is awake. Really??? So 6:30 rolls around, no taxi and they now won't answer the phone. I finally get a hold of them again and they say sorry, they aren't coming. No offer of another taxi to send. Nothing. They did offer to come back and pick me up when I landed for free, but would I seriously expect them to be there? I think NOT. These guys are horrible. Don't make the same mistake I did, they can't be trusted. Barely made my flight and had to pay to park. So overall a really bad experience.

This was the best Cincinnati Taxi I ever rode. They picked me up at the time arranged and took me to the airport, they offered courteous service. The driver actually spoke english and was super funny.

Driver was on time and when I called in the person on the phones was perfect. She helped me all the way through everything. Thanks. I'll call you again.
