        Overall

        I went to the Beechmont Lowes in Feb 2015 and had the rudest sales person humiliate me in front of other customers. I asked her if she could help me and she walked up to me while at the self help line and within a foot from my face said "NO!" She was very angry and people around me couldn't believe how rude she was. The older woman works in the paint dept and possibly other areas. My company spends a substantial amount of money at lowes, and we will be looking elsewhere for our building needs. She lost the lowes company a lot of future sales. I'm getting her name to report her to corporate. Went yesterday to see if I could spot the biotch, instead, I met and talked with a lady named Beth. Now that is a great employee!!!!! Thanks Beth!
