Is there really a better steak in town? The food is excellent and atmosphere is classy. We always know we're going to have a good meal. One of our favorite places for date night.

Best Steak!!

I have been to many places in the greater cincinnati area, and the Precinct has the best atmosphere, service and steaks. I recommended all of my family and friends to enjoy the experience. If you want a great steak, go to the Precinct. Any other steak place is just mediocre!! And make sure you have a drink at the bar. The bartender makes the best appletini and he is a great person to strike up a converstation with!!

For Jeff Ruby, this is the steakhouse that started it all. In 1981 and in the midst of one of the worst economies in a generation, The Precinct was born in the former Cincinnati Police Patrol House Number 6. This turn-of-the-century, Romanesque-style structure would hold what is now the longest, continuously running white tablecloth restaurant in the city. Recently named one of America's Top 10 Steakhouses by USA Today and Gayot.com, The Precinct is frequently recognized as having Cincinnati’s best steaks, seafood and service. This consistent high level of quality and overall guest experience over 3 decades has endeared Precinct to celebrities, businesspeople, families and loyal diners alike. BAR at the Precinct While not an original element of the Hannaford-designed structure, BAR at the Precinct is a newer addition to the southwest corner of our iconic steakhouse.
