USA Insulation of Cincinnati

Very happy with the crew, they did a phenomenal job insulating our old home. Noticed the noise reduction right away and no more drafts! Would use again. Very cool to see the foam squirt out of all the cracks in crevices of the walls. The crew was prompt, cleaned everything nicely, and we're very knowledgeable and friendly.

I had foam insulation put in exterior walls and interior walls between the bedrooms of my home. First, one of the walls was insulated twice, resulting in the wall dramatically buldging into my son's bedroom. USA Insulation sent a contractor who removed a refridgerator sized piece of drywall, scrapped off the excess insulation, and replaced the drywall. We then had to sand and re-paint the wall ourselves. Next, we discovered the the cold air duct was not blocked when the foam was inserted, which resulted in the duct work being filled with hardened foam. My husband cleaned this out, but then we had to have our duct work cleaned professionally. The smell is overwhelming, especially in my son's room where the wall was filled twice, so we have moved him to another bedroom. Overall, this has been a nightmare and I strongly discourage anyone from using USA Insulation services.
