Came and looked at tree to be trimmed. said he would be here at end of july (2012) or 1st part of august. Middle of August came still not here or a call . we decided to cut tree down instead of just trim called and left message on his cell. no response from him. called at least 3 more times in following months. Still not response. Had the person who refered him try to call or contact him. He never returned their calls either. If he did not want to do the job he should of at least called and told us.
