        Reserved a car for a week. They promised to pick me up from home at 3pm but they were 90 minutes late and didn't call to let me know!

        They took me to the rental location and didnt have a car! They claimed a huge recall of 50% of their fleet! I doubt it.

        I waited another 30-45 minutes for them to shuttle me to yet another location and wash a car!

        Ridiculous!

        Returning the car took 20 minutes of waiting in line! Never had to wait in line to return a rental car!!

        Was given a "Out of State- Car" rented in the past - 9 0ut 10 these cars Do Not Run well. reported this to the Desk Agent - her attitude was the car looks fine I will check it out. I was NOT compensated... A car that has had a lot of miles and been on a long road trip-should alwqys get checked out mechanically prior to renting to the next person. This car was dangerous to drive.
