Claremont Orthodontics

Our dentist recommended we take our 11 year old daughter for a consultation regarding some baby teeth that were not allowing her permanent teeth to come in. Right away they said she needs braces and started the paperwork. We went for a consultation and before you know it they're telling me "she needs braces ASAP” and "we already waited to long". I was absolutely overwhelmed and was thinking of my daughters well being. While I was still filling out paperwork, they were already taking X-rays, making mouth molds and putting in spacers. They were ready to put braces on that day, without ever telling me how long she was going to have to wear them, would she need a special treatment.......nothing at all other than she needs them ASAP. I stopped them and told them I wanted a second opinion. Now they want to bill me for $600 for their services rendered. It has been a horrible experience and I'm still going through it.
