Mrs. Cecil graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communications in 2003. She went on to graduate from West Virginia University College of Law in 2007 and was admitted to the West Virginia Bar and admitted to practice in the Southern District of West Virginia in October, 2007. While attending the College of Law, Mrs. Cecil was awarded the Order of the Coif. She is a past law clerk for the Honorable Judge Thomas A. Bedell, of the 15th Judicial Circuit of West Virginia. Since joining the firm in 2008, Mrs. Cecil has become a member of the American Bar Association, the West Virginia Bar Association, and the Harrison County Bar Association.
Mr. Turner graduated Phi Beta Kappa from West Virginia University with an A.B. degree in 1974 and then received his J.D. degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1977. While at the College of Law, Mr. Turner was the Managing Editor of the West Virginia Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Since joining the firm in 1977, he has been a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association, the West Virginia Bar Association, the Harrison County Bar Association, and the West Virginia Oil and Gas Association. Mr. Turner is also a member and former co-chairperson of the Probate Law Committee of the West Virginia State Bar and has served as a Fiduciary Commissioner for Harrison County since 1999.
