anyone looking to move into a Mobile Home Park, I would advise to look else where, They raise the rent every year, the swimming pool "when" open is always green. Most of the yards are sticker infested. Lived here 12 years and they used petty crap to evict me. They make it out to be pie-ala-mode, until you sign.
