Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Eduart and Dawn did a great job clearing and diagnosing my plumbing problem. Both of them were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend either of these individuals.

This is the second time my wife and I have used Rotor-Rooter and as a result will always use this service. Our Service Technician Scott Bowers was the best, he was courteous, knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all of our questions. Overall a great experience.

Called early in am for slow drains. Technician arrived quickly and so far so good. Can't believe I put up with drain issue for as long as I did. Had paid independent plumber 450 a few months ago with no relief. Hopefully we solved the problem and am sorry I didn't call Roto-Rooter to start with.

Called Saturday morning around 9:20 for assistance with my non-working hot water heater. Within and hour, there was a professional at my home advising me of my options. Wihin a few short hours, we had hot water again. Excellent service.

hopefully, what was diagnosed and repaired was the right thing. called on Tuesday night and they came and handled it within 2 hours.

We called on Saturday night and early Sunday morning we had a plumber sent right out. Took about an hour and our bathroom was up and working again. We had family in from out of town so it was great to have such fast, friendly service.

We were from out of town for our Moms funeral and settling her affairs. When her sewer system at her house failed. They were prompt and quick, as we ourselves were there for only 2 weeks. They easy to work with. When problems came up they explained them and were upfront as to the cost. I would hire them again.
