SCAMMERS!!! This company sold me to phones. One they promised a protector case for a large phone which they never provided. I cracked my screen because it did not have a case and was then told I didn't have insurance coverage, even after requesting it. I decided to change my carrier and now not able to use my other phone because I was not informed nor is it posted for customers to see that I had to keep service for at least 90 days or they will lock your phone. I own my phone but cant use it with another carrier because it is locked my Metro Pcs. If I purchase a item in full I should be able to use it as I see fit or told the conditions prior to purchase not after. This company is not a Metro PCS store which means they can and will sell you anything and not clear on what you are being sold or the terms. They are owned by ARKRAM INVESTMENT which refuse to honor my purchase, unlock my phone, or protector case or provide the terms of my purchase. SCAM
