I would not recommend this venue for rental especial the Renaissance Room. It was $1100 that included a $200 refundable deposit, and $100 for the handyman. You don't have access to the kitchen so no stove and no refrigerator. Everything my planner wanted to do she would say you can't do that. The is not enough electrical sockets. and the straw that breaks the camels back for me was she didn't want to refund me my deposit she said we left stains in the carpet. The first stain would have been where the photographer was ( he has nothing to make stains with and where she said the stain was, it was his printer (?). The next was in the front where the cake was and she said it was a black stain there that was still wet when she came in, ( now that is where the cake was so how could it be wet (?), and on top of that the table cloth that was on the cake table was a 120 inch round which went all the way to the floor. Oh yeah and the bathroom was down in the basement so my older guest had an issue and another thing the lady told me she had a camera watching my event the whole time.
