Victory Height Baptist Church

Victory Heights Baptist Church was where my wife and I were members for seven years until they had a secret meeting and voted us out of membership.



Their reason for voting us out? For "teaching against the Scriptural tithe". Funny thing, my wife and I were teaching on our Facebook pages what God's Word said His holy tithes were... and we were using the Word of God to show these truths.



God's commanded tithes for the House of God were never monetary... they were agricultural. Even though money was used in Israel, it was never a titheable item according to the Word. Tithes were to be eaten, not spent!



A year after we were voted out, the pianist wrote on her niece's Facebook page that her (the pianist) and her husband (Sunday School Teacher/Song Leader) had gone to the movies and saw "The Heat". She said they laughed all through the movie. Sad when a professing Christian promotes a movie that uses the "F" bomb in it more than 150 times in 117 minutes.



I brought this to the attention of the pastor, but he ignored it and blocked me.



If you are looking for a Church that is honest with its members, and serious about a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, VHBC is not the Church for you.
