Action Appliance Repair

On July 9 I contacted the Westlake location re a problem with my washer. Larry came out & his initial assessment was that it was the transmission that he could repair for approximately $400. When I told him that I would not spend the money, he reassessed this problem & told me it was the agitator that he could fix for $199.93 . I agreed & he asked for a deposit of $100. He took the agitator with him & returned the next evening with it. I paid the balance & when I tried doing laundry, the machine had the same issue that he was supposed to have fixed. It took calls & messages every day that week until he returned on Friday July 13 & said it was the transmission. He said he could replace it with a refurbished one & would return on Monday July 16. I have not seen him nor heard from him since July 13 nor has he responded to any messages left. I would not recommend this company.

very kind people very helpful ..... gave my mom a nice refrigerator and worked with her on the price and also worked on the delivery charge ...these people are honest hard working people they would not rip someone off ..... i rate this place a 5 star ! i will also have them work on my appliances like my washer and dryer if need be and soon my own refrigerator......these are great people ..... !

Affordable Appliance Repair, Beware. Money was to be refunded to me after many calls, he had his cell phone disconnected. He told me to come to this store and my refund will be used on a new refrigerator. So glad I didn't go to Action Appliance. Larry was the kids name....
