Bill's Automatic Transmission Service

.They are definitely thieves. I took my Dodge Caravan there to get the transmission rebuilt, so i picked my van up, I drove it for a day, but it still wasn't right, so i took it back, they said they would take a look at it again, so about a week had passed, so i called, and a guy told me they were test driving it right now, I was right on Eddy road by the highway, so it took me all of five minutes to get to the shop. When I got there the shop was closed. I call the shop while standing outside. A guy answers the phone, i asked him where is my van, he says he doesn't know, he's just there to clean up the shop. This is a Friday. They were closed Saturday. I go up there Monday morning to see what's going on with my van. They asked "didn't you get your van Friday, then tried accuse me of taking my own van. I paid $1,100 to get my transmission fixed and that didn't happen, plus I never got my van back. THEY ARE CROOKED AS HELL!!!!!������������

Supposedly been in business for a loooooong time and will give you a good deal but don't buy into it. They are thieves. They keep your car forever and do not do the work they say they will do. My tranny STILL lunges from 1st to 2nd and what's even worse, the car is undriveable now because it will NOT come out of PARK. This happened when I first picked the car up, and Bill said "I wasn't doing it right". WTF? He got it out of PARK, and now it won't come out at all. I called him and he said he doesn't do that kind of work. WTF again? Listen, JUST DON'T GO THERE.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! They claim to fix your transmission or rebuild it and do nothing!! While I was in there complaining 3 other people came in with the same complaint. They are in my opinion thieves. I paid $1200 and they changed only a selonoid and didn't even bother changing the fluid. It was supposed to be rebuilt. Bill the owner is a stroke. He says he will get you a rental and make it right, in the meantime him & his son were taking my car home for a week and wasting my gas and still never touched my car and told me I would have to come back or they would need my car longer. Again, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! OTHERWISE YOU MIGHT AS WELL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THROW IT OUT OF THE WINDOW ON YOUR WAY THERE....YOU WOULD HAVE BETTER RESULTS!!!
