I was a patient at Hudec Dental for over nine months. My dentures never fit. Once a week I would be called in for fitting but they never fit correctly.Then the dentist would start bending them and grinding on them and when they would not fit again he would send them back to the lab. I had a number of impressions taking but Hudec Dental could not get it right. When I called John Hudec for my money back I was threatened..Once my dentist even went from one patient and back to me wearing the same pair of gloves, The staff would play noisy music and talk to me as if I were a child..

They drill so hard that your tooth is nearly nothing and then they are sensitive for the rest of you're life, unreal

Worst Place ever. I went here and saw Dr. Ryan. She came into the room, said nothing and started drilling my mouth. I found out she was doing 5 root canals when I felt her using the file. I was in shock. I had no pain. Why 5 root canals. I found out that Medicaid will pay for caps if a tooth had a root canal. Dr. Ryan did 5 unnecessary root canals so they could commit Medicaid fraud. I have found others that have gone through the same thing. That is not where the nightmare stopped. I did not come back for the caps for five months because of the terrible way they treated me the first time. But now I knew that my teeth would be weak from the root canals so now I would need caps. I came in and Dr. Ryan filed down my teeth and a technician cemented on a temporary cap that covered five teeth. It broke. She tried and tried to get it off but couldn't. She left the room and got a metal instrument and proceeded to beat my teeth trying to get the thing off. I kept telling her it was hurting me. She said she had to get it off. She beat it about 15 times. She finally got it off. I told her my teeth were hurting and I had Novocain. She said it was just my gums. I continued to hurt under the new temporary. I called over and over. I complained and made them see me. They did not take the temporary off. They just added material to the back. Well it turns out that the broke 2 of my teeth completely off. Another one is still there but is in so much pain. They then told me that I would need to get them pulled. I came in with no pain and 5 teeth. Now I have severe pain and missing 2 teeth and a temporary covering the other three. I have infection and hip replacements, an infection can damage my hip replacements. They are refusing to fix it. The owner John Hudec has refused to do anything to make this right. Do not go there. If you were on Medicaid and were taken at this place, please contact me. We can start a class action Law suit against this terrible place.
I went to another dentist who told me that so much of my teeth were gone from the root canals that the caps would not last long. I may loose all 5 teeth. I found out that Dr. Ryan is Dr. Hudec's girlfriend.

Their motto must be, the customer is always wrong! I'd do less than one star if it was possible. I have been to the bedford, turney and broadview offices and they all suck. Oh sure, they make a great first impression thats about all I can guarantee. The staffs attitudes are atrocious. I spoke to the office manager at Turney regarding Dr. Rigby's nasty attitude. She instantly defended him as though she had been in the room with us! I have to wonder if they have a personal relationship.... So I spoke to Malina who is in charge of all the offices. She immediately said I had been dismissed from the office....wtf?? So basically if you have a problem, don't complain or you will be dismissed. They do not specialize in customer satisfaction and could care less about you as a customer, just read the reviews. speakes for itself!

DO not go to this Dentist...They refused to clean my teeth because I would not signup for their scaling..which by the way is over priced....she then told me all my teeth would fall out.......the the Dentist says to me"whats up with these cavities" I called to main office to complain and they just mainly defended the office...i am switching Dentists ASAP

this is the worst place to ever go to. Everything with them is a root canal and you don"t even need one. Heed the warnings people! I go in for a gumline cavity and he tells me I need a root canal go to a different dentist and she fills it right up no issues. If we were smart we should start a class action against hudec dental. They are by far the most dishonest place to go to. They really suck!

Worst place I have ever gone. Well, I'll start with saying I am 17 years old. I have healthy teeth. I've never had a cavity in my life, but I go to hudec dental and am told I have some.. So I go in to get them filled. Dr. Richards is drilling on my teeth and I feel something break off and go down my throat? Uh, I highly doubt that's normal. Next I hear him say "well that ones messed up now I can't fix this cavity we're gunna have to give her a root canal" yeah, good job saying you messed up right in front of the patient. So then I text my dad and tell him I now need a root canal. My dad comes back and starts asking the "doctor" why? Dr. Richards tells him its because while he was drilling he exposed the nerve. My dad says "so basically you drilled too much and now there's no other option but a root canal?" dr. Richards then gets defensive and rude to my dad, takes his mask off, and says "I'm not working on your daughter since you don't have confidence in me" my dad says "you're just going to let her go home with an exposed nerve?" And the doctor just walks away and leaves. Would I be on pain pills right now if the dentist was doing his job right? No, I would not. Immediately after this I went to a real dentist and he tells me a root canal is not even necessary and I just need a filling. Thanks a lot hudec dental. Like I said, don't go there. Oh and my dad is considering a lawsuit.

I went to the one in strongsville after having my health insurance change and it was the worst dental experience of my life. first of all i went to my other dentist unaware that my insurance had changed and they told me that a piece of my filling came out and it could easily be repaired. so i went to hudec to have this procedure done when i arrived they told me my tooth was sompletely decayed and that i would need a crown even though i had gone to my old dentis 2 weeks prior and knew it couldnt be that bad. they unprofessional and rude. also the building was a complete mess and disorganized.

very convenient experience. they had convenient locations and hours before and after work to get me in. very kind and thorough staff. will definately return.
